Pricing and access pressures from governments globally, as well as private third-party payors in the U.S., continue to impact our global operations. With respect to the U.S., we expect to see continued focus by the U.S. government and states on regulating drug pricing and access to medicine, including but not limited to, international reference pricing, including Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) drug pricing.
